Our loadbalancer is currently not reachable, making tideways.com app and data ingest unavailable. We are investigating.
Edit 11:57: Hoster informed us server has to be restarted due to hardware malfunction. We are looking to get it up within a few minutes.
Edit 12:06: Rebooting is taking longer than usual, it should have been through already, the hosters platform team could not yet specifiy why. We will get an update as soon as the issue is known.
Edit 12:08: Loadbalancer is back online now. We will now investigate with the hoster what happened and how we can avoid this in the future.
