We are seeing flaky network connections with sometimes interrupted traffic to Tideways UI and data ingestion and are investigating.
**Edit 14:23:** We identified that the loadbalancer was already at a high average load over the last weeks, so we have now permanentely increased its resources to avoid intermittent outages due to overload in the future.
**Edit 13:28:** The load balancer was under heavier than normal load and wasn't able to process all requests in a timely fashion. We have contacted the hoster and they have updated the resources of the load balancer immediately. Connections to Tideways are now stable again and we shift our focus at finding the cause of the high load.
